Ugh I fasted all day until like 1 am then I had a sandwich and a few other things I only ate a few hundred calories today and I burned them all off but still I feel so full I’m gonna make tea bye.

Wow literally just fucking went down to the kitchen and ate like two spoonfuls of straight peanut butter I’m fucking gross.
I always eat like soo little during the day, like 300 calories or so, and then when night comes I’m like “no this is bad you need to eat more you need to be healthy” so then I try to do that but then I feel guilty and I’m so torn between starving myself or being healthy and I hate this.
